Pre-Course Work

Hi

I am so glad you are here!!! Everything you need to know is in the modules of the pre-course work.

There is a food guide you can print and a recipe pack with weekly food choices you can pick. There are two weeks laid out as options. You may choose to make your own menu as well.

Read through the materials and let me know if you have any question.

Please work on the stability video as well! This is a great way to get started on your journey!

Lifting the Legs

How does it work?

How does it all work together?

Learning to lift the legs from the center of the body using the core?

Reaching energy out?

As we put the body together piece by piece you will understand the concepts. I promise.

We will also be working more on alignment and injury prevention!

Lifting the arms!

In this module you will be going over what lifting the arms takes and where in the body it comes from! Quality of veggies and best methods for the most vitamins. And Intention.

Pilates/Barre

This section is all about using Pilates and Barre. After all, Barre is just like Pilates but standing up.

Remember to apply the same principles and you'll be golden!

Get it Ladies!!!

Muscle/Bootcamp

Time to gain a bit more strength with muscle and boot camp!

If you have weights, great!

If not, use household items, water bottles or canned goods!

Yoga/Cardio Boxing

We will talk a little about Cardio Boxing and a lot about Yoga in this. They are the two opposite ends of the spectrum when it comes to freeing emotions but both work!

Using Props in class

In this module we will talk about using resistance bands, balls and kettle bells to up the ante during class! These small additions can do wonders for your workout!
