Terms of Service- The subscriber agrees to release Heather Carroll and A Balanced Like Training of all claims or disputes regarding injury, know or unknown, rising out of participation in exercise with A Balanced Life Training. Subscriber agrees that they are healthy enough to participate in activities including and not limited to Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Bootcamp, Cardio Boxing, Muscle Conditioning, TRX and Personal Training. The Subscriber understands the risk of injury involved with exercise and release and claims or disputes regarding physical injury or property damage.
Please consult a physician before starting any new fitness regime. In participating in this exercise program the Subscriber agrees they are doing so at their own risk. Please be mindful and listen to your body. In participating in these exercises the Subscriber assumes all risk of injury to yourself and release Heather Carroll and A Balanced Life Training from all claims or disputes rising out of negligence.
